Stainless Steel 304H Seamless Tubes belongs to the family of Austenitic Stainless Steel in which pure iron has existence only at a steady temperature range of 910 º Celsius – 1400 º Celsius. Anticorrosive in nature, Stainless Steel 304H Welded Tubes are finest in quality and is also obtainable in the industry in diverse shapes and sizes. The stress may be applied, as in a pressure system, or SS 304H EFW Tubes may be residual arising from cold working operations or welding. Stainless Steel 304H ERW Tubes is more resistant to carbide precipitation and can be heated into the above temperature range. Stainless Steel 304H Round Tubes has good oxidation resistance in continuous service to 920 Degree C. Stainless Steel 304H Square Tubes is used as a material of construction up to 1500 ° F, where slight scaling begins at about 1200 ° F. Stainless Steel 304H Rectangular Tubes has outstanding formability, and tremendous strength. Stainless Steel 304H Electropolish Tubes can become slightly magnetic as a result of cold working or welding.

LIST OF STAINLESS STEEL 304H TUBES

Stainless Steel 304H Heat Exchanger Tubes is an austenitic chromium - nickel steel alloy and the greater carbon content delivers an increased tensile and yield strength. Continuous use of SS 304H Tubes in the 425 °C – 860 °C range is not recommended if subsequent aqueous corrosion resistance is important. However in order to fully restore the corrosion resistance of the metal, the welds in 304H Stainless Steel Tubes must be mechanically or chemically descaled, then passivated and decontaminated.
