Stainless Steel 316 Pipes uses hydrogen and other corrosive gases as process media. Post work annealing in Stainless Steel 316L Pipes should be carried out to remove internal stresses. Stainless Steel 316 Seamless Pipes is commonly used in chemical and petrochemical industry. SS 316L Welded Pipes has creep and stress-rupture strengths. SS 316 EFW Pipes are resistant to sensitization in short-term exposures or heat treatments. The carbon content in Stainless Steel 316L ERW Pipes reduces susceptibility to carbide precipitation during welding. Cold working operations will increase the strength and hardness of SS 316 Round Pipes and might leave it slightly magnetic. The molybdenum gives Stainless Steel 316L Square Pipes better overall corrosion resistant properties than Stainless Steel 304 Pipes. We can process Stainless Steel 316 Rectangular Pipes to fit your applications using our in house processing capabilities and service on your timeline.

LIST OF STAINLESS STEEL 316/316L PIPES

Stainless Steel 316L Electropolish Pipes is an excellent choice for various applications and industries sectors such as oil and gas. SS 316 Pipes has high creep strength at elevated temperatures. 316L Stainless Steel Pipes has good oxidation resistance in intermittent service up to 1600 ° F and in continuous service to 1700 ° F. Alloy 316 Pipes is resistant to hydrogen embrittlement, making it the standard wetted material used in pressure transducers. Most common cold working operations such as shearing and stamping can be performed on Grade 316L Pipes.
